Leadership Discernment is a facilitated consulting session designed to help boards and leadership groups make sense of what they are navigating—and move forward with greater clarity, coherence, and shared responsibility.
This is not coaching or strategic planning in the conventional sense. It is a guided process that works with governance, lived experience, and collective story to surface what is actually happening, what feels unfinished or misaligned, and what is asking for attention now.
Many boards come to this work during moments of transition: leadership changes, governance strain, strategic uncertainty, conflict, fatigue, or a sense that decisions are being made without enough clarity or trust.
Sessions slow the pace just enough to support discernment. Through facilitated dialogue and structured reflection, we clarify roles, authority, responsibilities, and next steps that are aligned rather than reactive—supporting decisions that are humane, durable, and accountable over time.
